Fisher Development Associates recently released a new rendering and name for a nearly-complete 45-story downtown Jersey City tower. Located at 33 Park View Avenue, the 448-unit rental project will be known as Vantage.
Accompanying the release is a striking new rendering showing Vantage’s glass curtain wall construction which allows for floor-to-ceiling glass windows with sweeping views of the Hudson River, Manhattan skyline and the Statue of Liberty.
Situated adjacent to Jersey City’s Paulus Hook and Van Vorst neighborhoods, Vantage will feature spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom residences. Studios in the building are initially priced from $2,115 and new residents will have access to a slate of indoor and outdoor social and recreational amenities.
The developer has launched a teaser website at www.VantageJC.com and tapped Manhattan-based The Marketing Directors to oversee the building’s leasing program. An official opening in planned for late spring.
