Brewshot Café signs on at Vantage in Jersey City
Brewshot Café, an Italian coffee shop and restaurant, will open its next location at Vantage, a luxury rental building in Jersey City’s downtown Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.
Fisher Development Associates, developer of Vantage, announced Thursday that the shop will occupy 815 square feet of ground floor retail space at the 45-story waterfront building.
The cafe will have two separate entrances, a street-level storefront and a direct entry from the Vantage lobby.
“We are thrilled to welcome Brewshot to Vantage,” said Brian Fisher, president of Fisher Development Associates. “It will not only deliver the highest-quality coffee to this neighborhood, but also provide another inviting and social environment for our residents to enjoy.”
Vantage, located at 33 Park View Ave., has 448 apartment homes comprised of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Homes, ranging in size from 550 to 1,300 square feet are priced in the low-$2,000s.
