Statue of Liberty
One of the most memorable trips Jersey City families can take is to see Lady Liberty herself. The Statue of Liberty is obviously quite the popular attraction so remember to reserve tickets to reach the statue’s pedestal. Be sure to visit the museum too to learn about how the statue was transported to New York from France. Back then, Lady Liberty wasn’t green either, which is always an interesting lesson for kids.
