This Fourth of July, the fireworks extravaganzas have returned and this year, Jersey City and New York City aren’t holding back on the celebrations.

Jersey City Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration
While fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. and are best viewed along the Hudson River Walkway, parts of the Heights, and the north portion of Liberty State Park, Jersey City’s Night Market kicks off at noon. Located at Exchange Place Path Plaza, the market is open through 10 p.m., serving up foods and delicacies from local restaurants and vendors.
New York City Fourth of July Fireworks Celebration
If you’re looking for the biggest celebration in the nation, New York City is the place to be for fireworks. With more than 60,000 firework shells set to illuminate the NYC skyline, the show will be the 46th fireworks presentation for the city, sponsored by Macy’s.
